How do I access the system?
The system is accessed online through a web browser
such as Internet Explorer. This enables you to access
the system from anywhere in the world.
What about training?
During our setup we provide training sessions and
supply training manuals and specific training to
agents, administrators and managers. We are always
available for questions, and to provide suggestions
and answers.
How secure is my information?
All information is accessed by username and password
via our secure login screen. The information belongs
to you, so you can request a copy at any time. Our
servers are also stored in a secure location with
24 hour surveillance and we backup the data regularly.
Who owns the data?
The information always belongs to you. We are merely
your employed security guards.
What if I choose to select
a different provider two years from now?
We will provide your information to you, allowing
you to transfer providers. At that point it shall
be removed from our system.
I have an accounting package,
how will we make sure these work together?
If you have an existing software package, such as
an accounting package, we will work with you to
suggest procedures provide a link between the two
systems.
